Hooray for Fish!

We originally received this book as a baby shower gift, and it is one of my daughter’s favorites! She loves to find Little Fish on every page and look at all the colors and patterns. We love to give it as a gift now.

As a librarian assistant for many years, I have had the privilege of sharing so many fun books with wee ones. This is one of my « go to » books for baby gifts. Lucy Cousins writes engaging and colorful stories and « Hooray for Fish » is such fun to read!

A dear friend got us this when expecting our first. It was a favorite by the time he was 1 and he was "reading" the book before he hit 2. Still a favorite and can be used in so many interactive ways.

Bright, colorful illustrations, fun rhymes, purchased for 2 year old. You can preview it on utube.

My son loves it

Great little board book for toddlers.. bought this for my son who loved Colors with little fish. He especially loved “grumpy fish.” This book had a print error on the one page he loves .. it says “ gripy fish” instead of grumpy.. my son doesn’t really care as he can’t read yet but I was soo disappointed when I saw this. It’s such a simple book with simple text you’d think an error like that would have been caught before printing. 5 stars to the author tho. Love the little fish books.

I am sure this is a wonderful book and I looked forward to reading it to my grand daughter. When I got no confirming order e-mail and it didn't appear on my Kindle I checked my account data and found that the sale had been completed. Here is where the story gets unfortunate. The book is not compatible with my Kindle touch, but the Amazon cust. serv. person wasn't aware or didn't put two and two together so impatiently ran me through sync exercises and repeatedly rebooting, and checking each page of my contents. He was frustrated when it took me some time to perform these tasks and he grew impatient. I've never have previously had a bad Amazon representative experience, quite the opposite.. It was disillusioning, even a poor operation does better than this. At any rate, I'll go to Barnes and get the book. If you have a K Touch, this book is unavailable.

My son absolutely loves this book. He is 6 months old and gets so excited when this book is brought out for reading to him.

Et moi aussi ...!! C'est coloré, c'est joli, c'est frais, c'est tout ce qu'on aime. Anglais simplissime (mes élèves ont entre 3 et 6 ans) avec des dessins qui rendent la compréhension ultra facile. Il y a plein de choses à observer, à décrire, les couleurs sont vives et tous ces poissons... sont charmants! Je suis fan!

E' un libro bellissimo, con tanti tipi di pesci, verosimili e inventati, in inglese , in rima, con bei giochi di parole. Io l'ho tradotto e usato per le letture Nati per Leggere e piace molto!
