Bad powder coat on mounting feet
The stainless portion is bright and very nice. The powder coated flanges that attach to the truck were missing the powder coat on the corners and along on full side. It has been on my truck for three weeks and is starting to rust. There was no installation instructions and some of the mounting hardware was missing. I believe the rack had been sold before and returned.
