GREAT EDC knife! And resembles my fav knife
The media could not be loaded. Initially I got the ST-139 in 14C28Nbecause ergonomically resembles my favorite knife, the Cold Steel American Lawman that is a PHENOMENAL knife.-And I am so glad I did. This knife is lovely and has a big personality.Although there are many differences in refining, treatment and materials the handling is similar to the CS.The Sandvik 14C28N steel on this knife is one my favorite because it gets crazy sharp, and it's easy to sharpen. The liner lock is not as robust as the triad on the CS but still it is a proven design that is safe if not abused. The micarta scales are very aesthetically pleasing and grippy and give it a hand made look, unlike the industrial looking G10 scales on the CS.-Overall this knife is a great buy, and I love the price and the choice of steel, not the usual hard to sharpen, super hard and prone to chip D2 that's everywhere on inexpensive knives nowadays. The micarta is very beautiful, and it's excellently sharp.

Ideal for the price
Don't be misled by the fact that most Sitivien knives are made in China. These are high end knives for someone looking to own an EDC knife that resembles similar knives costing hundreds of dollars. The knife is sturdy and will withstand most normal use. The blade, out of the box, will cut you or anything worth cutting. Whether or not it will hold its edge remains to be seen, but what I know about the material used, it will resharpen with a little elbow grease. For this knife? The blade is a good choice. The design on this one is sort or odd, but functional. There are minor flaws that may take some a little getting use to. The knife is not designed for direct abuse. It is more like a good utility knife to have available when you need it.

Amazing knife for the money?
I want to start by saying that at first I was a little reluctant to purchase a "cheap Chinese" brand like Sitivien but after seeing many positive reviews (and having an Amazon gift card just laying around lol) I decided to give them a try. The short version is, this knife is far from junk and I will be purchasing more from this knife maker in the future! In many ways it out performs knives in my collection that cost more than 4x as much. The action is excellent, solid lockup, razor sharp out of the box, nice handle material, good fit and finish....The pocket clip is a little goofy looking but functions well and actuality fits my hand well to. I'm a big fan of the nice big finger choil. There is some jimping on the spine, although I do wish it went just a little bit further. The 14c28n blade steal is a pretty good, better budget, work horse steel. It takes a good edge, is fairly tough and I think they have a pretty good heat treat, as mine has held a very good edge. All in all I love this knife, and would highly recommend it. Excellent knife for the money!

Super quality but extra strong detent
I have a few Sitivian folding knives and love their quality at a very reasonable price. The ST 139 is a wonderful and compact design. Blade shape is great and the micarta feels perfect in the hand. The only problem is the very strong detent. If you possess a very strong index finger to overcome the detent force this is a great knife. I just don't have that strength and might have to return it. Great knife otherwise.

Impressive Knife which is Budget Friendly
Good quality Sandvik 14C28N blade, grippy Micarta handle, smooth action opening/closing the blade that runs on ball bearing and feels solid. I am happy with my purchase so much that I bought 2 of them. It is a little heavy to carry in your pocket but not a big issue for me. The only negative is the pocket clip. It is not only ugly but it might dip a little into your palm base on the way you hold the knife but for this price and the quality of the knife, I can forgive that. I am not sure if there are any clip I can buy to replace what comes with this knife but that would be an option if you can find one.

Great Value and Ergonomics
This knife feels good in hand. It's a good looking knife, and it sports Sandvik 14C steel, which I like better than the common Chinese D2 steel offerings. I bought it for less than $30 which is quite the deal. The fit and finish are all decent. No complaints.
