Bojing Space Heater, Red

Replaced another electric fire place with this one and it is lovely. Yes, it looks kind of real compared to the old one, the heat is good and for ikea hackers, it fits the Besta frame perfectly width-wise with great room for its own ventilation. You will need to hack the power cable to come out the back rather than the side (I ran it through some of the rear venting).Anyway, I would buy it again and again. After 3 months of using 2-4 times per week for about 5 hours each time, it is behaving well. All we need are virtual marshmallows/hotdogs to roast.

power went out hear and now heater won't work this is the second one of these that has done this. word of advice stay away from this heater if live anywhere that has bad storms . works great until power outage then your out of luck.

We really love this. For the price, it was perfect. It puts out an impressive amount of heat.We have 2 complaints, though.1. Sometimes the reel turns backwards, which ruins the flame effect. It's not hard to fix - we just have to turn the flame off and restart it, so not a big deal.2. The cord is too short. You're not supposed to use an extension cord or power strip, but it's such a short cord that it doesn't reach from inside our fireplace to the nearest outlet. We are using an industrial cord and not running it when we aren't around to observe.In all, if we can't have real flame, this is a nice substitute.

This is a beautiful fireplace however I have only owned this unit for 7 months and it has stopped producing heat. I'm very disappointed.

Very nice looking flames. Numerous flame coloration options. Love timer feature/auto shut off. Plug n heat, no set up required. Heats as advertised. Fan is not too loud. Disclaimer: I have only had the unit for a week.

I was searching for the perfect fireplace to put in our rental home for about 6 months. Between the prices and how picky I am I wasn't able to choose one that I really loved. So with a photo I found online my fiancé being the jack of all trades that he is, built me my dream fireplace just in time for Christmas. I bought this insert to place inside and it looks and works amazing! Looks like real fire, the heat settings get pretty high, and I also like the fact that you can change the color from blue to orange as well as the brightness. It has been 7 months since we purchased this insert and it works perfect :). I hope I can keep this fireplace around for a long time!

I replaced my original insert that came with the mantel. This is by far a better unit because it is very quiet and has a remote control that you can set the temp on and set for as little as 30 minutes or more and then it shuts off automatically. The flame is pretty and adjustable also. The heat it puts out is not hot but it does take the chill out of the air in our open concept house. I would recommend this product highly, especially for the price.
