Read directions on removing! The product really sticks. And can be tough to remove without damaging skin if directions are not followed. It will stay on for days even when getting wet from showers. Effective product.

I have never used a dupe of the KT tape, so I was hesitant… I had to use it on my husband because he sprained his ankle and this tape stayed on for multiple days. The stick on this tape is great, just make sure when you apply there is little to no creases. I noticed that it would come off easier if I applied lazily with creases in the tape, but when I applied with no creases it stuck on there for a while. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family, this is a great dupe of the KT brand.

I recently purchased the CKeep Kinesiology Tape as an alternative to the more expensive KT Tape, and I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised. Not only does it come at a more affordable price point, but it performs just as well in providing muscle pain relief and joint support.However, one thing to note is that this tape is incredibly adhesive. While this is great for ensuring it stays in place during activities, you do need to be cautious during removal to avoid adhesive burns.Overall, I'm impressed with the effectiveness of the CKeep tape and its ability to deliver on its promises. Despite the strong adhesive, I'll definitely continue to purchase and use CKeep tape for supporting my tendonitis, tennis elbow, and tenosynovitis injuries.

I know this is "another kinesiology tape" but compared to K-Tape this is much better in terms of adhesiveness but lacks the sturdy support of K-Tape. So it is a compromise, you want something stay on you better or something that supports you better but may require additional tape on top? With K-Tape brands I had to put small strip of hospital bandage tape or sports tape to keep it together.One added note, this tape has smoother, more flexible, softer edges for bare skin use. It is more comfortable and does not wear on the skin but as stated earlier less support since it is softer.I use this for my feet (torn tendon) and forearm and K-tape on my shoulder.

These came in REALLY handy! I tore a tendon or muscle in my left wrist and I didn't want to go to the sports store, because I already knew these were just way overpriced there. When I searched, I came across these rolls. The number of rolls that came in this affordable package is what led me to purchasing it. I have to tell you, this tape WORKS!!! The adhesion was great! They provided a nice amount of pain relief to the area I needed relief! And, this is a Marine response, but they're easy as hell to take off. The adhesion is VERY strong, but just like any type of tape, just rip it off really quick. Simple. Or, you can just wait for the adhesion to wear off naturally and cut it off piece by piece as it weakens and detaches from your skin.

I got the green color because it is a fun color and green is a healing color. It sticks like it should and I did not have a problem in removing it. I have that baby soft skin and was a bit worried about taking it off, but it didn't even cause pain in removing it.I like that it has perforated strips but that you also can tear it where you want so it fits properly. I absolutely appreciate the poster type of pamphlet that is double-sided and shows clearly how to apply the tape for different areas of the body. It is well done, easy to see and read.This product is as advertised and the green is as pictured. I am please with it.

I have to use KT tape to run due to the arthritis in my knees and ankles. Normally I go to a physical store to buy this, as I worry about quality and not being able to take it back if quality is poor. I wear KT tape 5-6 times a week. Due to having sensitive skin I can’t leave the tape on for longer than 12 hours. So I needed to look for a good tape that won’t take me to the poor house! (As my old tape was doing) that’s what brought me to buying these - or trying them, 2 boxes to make sure I am fair.Likes:1) the tape is easy to apply2) strips are thin, so breathable - or would be (keep reading)3) the tape does what it is suppose to - lends support to muscles, tendons, and joints4) tape stretches easily and retains its elasticity well making movement even on 80% stretch fluent5) price is really good!Strong dislikes:1) the tape is too sticky, meaning even after using the recommended baby oil on the tape to remove to help with adhesive it STILL remained on my skin, though the baby oil helps the tape not remove my skin!2) if you don’t use the baby oil or something(!) you risk taking your skin off with the tape strips.3) if you have sensitive skin - though like me don’t believe in wasting products once purchasing if you cannot return for money back - the adhesive may irritate your skin and make it itch. I recommend lots of natural lotion after removal to help skin bounce back.4) tape does not stick to itself well! When overlapping the tape tends to roll up. It will stick stick to your skin, though has problems sticking to other pieces of tape.5) adhesive is HARD to remove from skin, and will more than likely require you to scrub off6) tape easily fraysTo recap - DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN THAT YOU DONT WANT TORN FROM YOUR BODY! Also, be smart try baby oil to get it off and then scrub the rest off with good soap!

This tape works well for my husbands shoulder sprain and my knee cap movement. Simple instructions are included in the box but you will find better instructions on line. The tape stretches so you need to keep it from sticking to itself by gradually peeling the tape from the backing as you apply it to the skin. Great stuff!

Better than expected, the tape stays on in place for days if you wish. Works to relieve strained muscles. I use on one knee and its perfect to support and take the pain away

Really easy to use. Not had to remove yet as only been on 24hrs. Washed fine. Did wear a sock to bed to protect against rolling up against sheets. No skin reaction. Comes in preset lengths which you can cut and adapt. So far, so good!

This is a complete waste of money. The tape has barely any adhesive. I'm shocked at the other reviews saying how well it sticks. It won't even go on.Edit: the first couple strips out of the first roll didn't stick for me, but when I tried them again another day they worked just fine and didn't come off until I took them off. They work great!!!!
