Don't waste your money
I have used several brands of KT over the years but this is by far the worst. It's very thin, not much support and has very little stick.I play alot of netball and use it to tape my knees. Used it for the first time today and I wasted several strips trying to get it to stick and lay flat, then during the game when I got hot it started peeling off.

Ottimo almeno per l'utilizzo che ne faccio io. Non li uso infatti per fare la kinesotaping terapia ma semplicemente come tutore per il gomito quando faccio sport, avendo una epicondilite. Usati cosi funzionano bene... per la kinesiotapingterapia non saprei..

j'ai acheté ce produit suite a un problème au tibia, et ça a vraiment fonctionné pour soulagé la douleur. très pratique a mettre et tiens bien dans le temps. on peut le garder plusieurs jours.
