Pleasantly surprised!
I'm normally skeptic of mood altering supplements, but I'm pleasantly surprised with Neogenics products. Other energy drinks, even coffee, sometimes leave me feeling jittery and kind of unhealthy. I've found that if I take a tablet of Suntheanine it regulates my body back to normal while still giving me the energy from the coffee. Heartbeat goes back to normal, jitters stop, and my mind feels sharp and focused. I'm a software developer so it's important my mind doesn't become sedated and lazy throughout the day. Definitely recommend to give this product a try even if you're skeptic!

Better sleep, less stress
These Chew able L-Theanine 100mg are doing great for me. I feel like i can sleep better during the night so far. No negative effects I've seen yet. I've been using for a couple of days so far. I've also noticed my stress and anxiety have been better while playing game. I mostly use for the purpose of my gaming. Thanks for the great product.

Almost immediate difference and how you feel
I love this product I almost instantly felt the difference and how I was feeling and my stress I use it everyday especially during stressful time like school I suggest everyone use this product instead of the other things that are out there that are so addictive

Good theanine, but flavor could be better
The theanine in these is quality and does what it's supposed to, however the taste is another matter entirely. It's somewhat sweet, but more than anything it's sour and acidic, which invariably ends up giving me a stomach ache. Since my stomach is somewhat sensitive, I prefer the chews that Country Life makes. They also use Taiyo's Suntheanine as their main ingredient just like these ones do, but they're mint flavor instead of citrus, which is a nice bonus because it's like a mild breath mint and a quasi-antacid along with your l-theanine.
