Q: Can you use this to practice volleyball?

Great Question - Yes, You can but it will not have the as powerful rebound effect as lacrosse since the weight of the volleyball is a lot heavier. Let us know how it goes

Q: can this be used for baseball?

Yes, it in can. In fact, it can be used for almost all outdoor sports. Feel free to adjust the bungees to have stronger or weaker bounce-back depending on the sport. Please let us know your experience, we love our customers' feedback

Q: How heavy is this rebounder and how much does it fold up? Can you fold it flat for storing?

The unit weighs 30lbs and it can be folded for storing but not completely flat. You will need to remove the legs in back to have it flat. Should be really easy to do so

Q: Where can I buy additional bungees?

I got them from the company and it took weeks. Better off going to Lowe’s or Home Depot. Or even better, return it and buy another brand.
