I needed to replace an old, double-sided, pillow-top mattress & it's corresponding box spring that had run their courses, so after having read all of the positive reviews, I decided to follow the advice of many of the reviewers here and purchased this mattress. I've only had it for about a week or so, but MAN IS THIS THING COMFORTABLE!!! Seems fairly firm to me, as it only seems to sink a lot when you have most of your weight on one part of the mattress (i.e.; sitting on a corner or a short-side of the mattress), but when your weight is evenly distributed on the mattress, it seems to be nice and firm (I currently weigh about 215 lbs. and shrinking!!!).I also purchased the queen sized LINENSPA mattress protector, which fits it almost perfectly (highly recommended)! Once you put a fitted sheet over it, you don't even notice that it's there, but you have the peace of mind knowing that your mattress is protected.On the subject of odor/smell, there wasn't anything outside of a faint yet pleasant odor that quickly disappeared. The mattress almost immediately started to fully expand the moment that I cut away the vacuum-sealed plastic wrapping. The instructions suggested waiting 2-3 hours, but I gave it a couple of days before I finally slept on it and it has been better than I imagined. For the price, it far exceeded my expectations & I'm glad I followed the advice I read here, and can only hope that my review helps someone else make a decision for more great nights of sleep in their future!Also, I highly recommend mating this mattress with the Olee T-3000 Heavy Duty 14-inch queen-sized bed frame (in the first picture). It was the only bed frame of it's type that I found where the slats were about a 1.5-inch below the edge of the bed frame, so the mattress has a pocket to sit into, which prevents it from sliding off the frame. All of the other bed frames I looked at, reviewers complained that their mattress just sat on top of the frame and they could see it causing an issue if the mattress slid off, but you shouldn't have that issue with this frame. It is lightweight & very sturdy, and it's easy to assemble once you lay out all of the pieces correctly. Also, no creaks so far, (mind you.. it's on a carpeted floor) so your bed frame won't be making noises that will keep you awake! Took me under 30 min to put it all together. I will be adding some thin plywood planks to put underneath the mattress as I believe the slats on this frame are too far apart, even though I can't feel them while laying down.Since I got a new bed, I had to get new pillows, so I found a pair of queen-sized, bamboo memory-foam pillows at a local store that make my bed about the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on so far. VERY, VERY SATISFIED!!!Hope this helps!!!

Ok so let me just say that I never write Amazon reviews but I had to write a review for this. I looked for mattresses for WEEKS, both in stores and online, and I kept coming back to this one. Amazon's choice for this brand is their 8 inch mattress but I wanted a little more height as well as the hybrid technology.I've had this mattress for ~1 month and I LOVE IT. It is soft but it supportive and I have a difficult time getting out of bed in the morning. I know that I read EVERY SINGLE REVIEW for this mattress before I bought it and can honestly say that it is wonderful. Some people would say that it's too hard, others would say it's too soft, and I basically feel like Goldilocks because for me, it's just right. I have had no issues with sores or backaches or anything but I will update my review in 6 months to a year.Some people have commented on the smell and I will say that it has some smell to it when you first take it out of the packing. I aired it out for 48 hours which eventually turned into two weeks because my bed frame hadn't arrived so I couldn't use it... but for me, the smell dissipated within a week or so and I have had no issues with it. Memory foam releases gases as it expands so that's typical but it's not anything overwhelming. I would suggest opening a window and leaving a fan on.Additionally, if bought through Amazon, their customer service is great. That was one of the big reasons I bought this mattress because it's always a gamble buying something sight unseen and you want to make sure that you'd have good customer service if you need any assistance. For me, the mattress price changed within a week of me buying it and I was able to get some credit back on my card, so for me, it was a great experience.Definitely buy this, you'll love it.

Like most everyone else, I was iffy about buying a matress online- but being budget savvy I figured this type if compressed and rolled mattress would be way to go to save money. I was sleeping on an ultra firm 15 year old spring mattress and was constantly waking up stiff. Long story short my husband and I did research and realized we both liked a super soft mattress. He was more skeptical than I about the online mattress purchase but after this expanded (the full 12 inches within hours) we plopped down with no bounce back and it just hugged us like a cloud. We didnt move all night. Super soft and plush. And also not even the faintest chemical smell. Completely scentless. I cannot believe how inexpensive this was bc this level of comfort is unreal. Were already talking about getting another for our guest bedroom

The media could not be loaded.  Wow!!! incredible difference between other memory foam mattresses that we have tried vs. this mattress. The top of the mattress is so soft and breathable. The delivery and setup were easy. The strange smell from the mattress was gone within a few hours. Just let it breath for a while.

We bought this for our guest room, and guests keep pulling up the sheets and mattress cover to see what brand it is - it is SO comfortable! Perfect combination of coils and gel, and it still fits in a small package. This is the minimum width (12 inch) that I would buy, I've had the 8" width and it's not as comfortable. Really an excellent mattress at a terrific price! It feels very soft and plush when you first lay on it, but then you realize that there is a nice firmness supporting you below the top layer. I like this as much as our much more expensive memory foam mattress that we bought in a sleep store.

Our old premium queen mattress form a store was 9 years old and it felt like it was time for a new one.We tried getting a 4” topper, then getting 6” mattress under it to match… but medium firm was causing neck, shoulder and hip pain.After 2.5 month, I got fed up of hurting and looked for a plush mattress with good reviews at an affordable price.We received our new california king ultra plush 12” mattress 5 hours ago and OMG this is amazing. It’s not fully decompressed yet (24 to 48 hours), but it’s as comfortable as our 1800$ one when it was new.Unsure why this one was only 350$, but for it to be as good as a 2k$ with taxes is mind blowing.If it’s still as amazing in a year, then screw store mattresses and we’ll stick with Linenspa with Amazon in the future.Be mindful, this is pretty damn heavy and you will need help taking the box in and setting up your bed.

*UPDATE*It's been about a month and one-half of the bed is flat and way firmer than the other half. For 700.00 you'd think it would last a bit longer it hasn't even been 2 full month's.The NOT so flat side is super comfy still, I likley got a dud which happens. But I won't be purchasing another one. Amazon is so great about defective items so it couldn't hurt to try if it peaks your interest as I've said I could have just gotten a bad apple. But 2 stars because my personal experience was not great... got so tired of rolling into the endless crater my ex left in the mattress, it was almost as though he was still attempting to devour my soul. So, I decided after much deliberation on this bed.Night one, it's great. I don't get the cooling effect probably because I have a mattress protector on the bed though so no matter. I didn't wake up with one sore spot in my body, usually my hips get super sore if the bed is too firm and this was perfect. AND it showed up 2 days early which was fantastic.Will update after a month.

I had my doubts...Best bed I’ve ever owned. The comfort is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. The mattress took 3 days to fully expand but it’s perfect. I hope they make this exact mattress forever because I never want to sleep on anything else for the rest of my life.

After buying a $2100 mattress from Leon’s and being very disappointed with it (specifically the comfort/softness/cooling I was promised), it took 3 years to finally decide to buy a new bedroom suite, king size, and this meant a new mattress to fit it. I was too hesitant and too jaded to go back to an expensive store bought product. My sister had us stay the night and I couldn’t believe the comfort of her spare bed. To my suprise it was a mattress in a box she bought through Amazon. I went down the rabbit hold reading hundreds of reviews, watching the prices of various brands go up and down as Black Friday was approaching. Finally after seeing stocks diminish I knew I had to pull the trigger on one. My husband and I are over the moon with this mattress. We didn’t know what the quality would be like. We were nervous such a huge king size foam mattress potentially wouldn’t have support. This mattress is like a cloud. It’s super soft yet supportive. I’m a stomach sleeper so this was huge for me. It’s cool and doesn’t retain body heat. I don’t wake up when he moves, I can’t feel any movement. It’s incredible. For anyone nervous to purchase I hope this helps. We slept on it the first night even though it says it takes up to 72hours to fully expand. No offgassing or weird smells. Honestly it’s a dream. I bought a bamboo mattress protector for it also from Amazon. This is exceptional value for money and my sleep improving is priceless. We are very pleased. 5 stars all around

I purchased the King 12 inch and was not dissapointed! It is very comfy.From a crappy spring bed to this. It was and still is a bit strange of a plushy feeling, but comfortable, giving when it needs to be, and not bouncy ( Im not waking my kids when I sneak out).The price was amazing for the quailty!No bed bugs....I will happily replace my kids beds with one of these (but much smaller than a king) when they are due for an upgrade!Recommending to anyone I know!
