I own another running watch, which is really scratched up even though I have tried to be careful with it, so I ordered this product for my new Garmin 35. I received the film protector for the watch face and was surprised by it's thickness, when I took it out of the box. The packaging was very good. Unfortunately, a UPI sticker was put over half of the instructions which are printed on the back of the box (but how hard could it be to put a film on a watch face?). Also, there was no lint free cloth as advertised. I subtracted a star for those two items.I cleaned the watch face and then managed to crack the first protector when I tried to loosen it to reapply, since I could not get the air out from under approximately 1/3 of the protector. The film looked a lot like the illustration the vendor uses on the website, except it didn't have the hole in it. Just the cracks. Some times I learn from my mistakes. I started applying the second film from the top of the watch instead of the side, making sure I got it aligned properly with the top and exactly even between the two sides. I slowly placed it in position the length of the face and lightly applied pressure. It went on perfectly with no air bubbles. I should have been able to apply it that way the first time.The fit is very good and I believe it will do a good job of protecting the face of the watch. Visibility of the watch face is approximately the same as when the film was not on it. With the film on the watch the face feels perfectly flat, as if the watch was made for this particular thick type of film Time will tell if I will actually need the third and remaining film. If you start from the top and are a little more careful than I was you should have two remaining films for those possible impacts on the watch face somewhere down the road.

I bought this 3 pack several years ago and just broke the 3rd one. I am spatially challenged and run into things all the time. These have been a life saver! No damage at all to my watch itself. Great buy!

One was broken when the package arrived. (poor packaging, padded envelope. The box was crushed and one of the screen protectors was cracked. The very day after I applied one of the protectors I cracked the heck out of the protector during a kettlebell workout. I kept that protector on for several weeks and found that it had protected the actual Garmin screen underneath! Yes!
