was able to make dou hua. I don't know if the quantity was too little, dou hua came out like soup and not in big pieces like they sold on streets. Anyway, it taste just like dou hua.

Excellent coagulant, after trying all kinds of home coagulants like lemons, vinegar etc. the home coagulants don't work well. Highly recommend this as a tofu coagulant to make tofu at home.
