I bought this for my mom who is profoundly deaf, but refuses to wear a traditional hearing aid. It did help her hear better in 1 on 1 conversations, but not in a crowd. She still struggled to hear the TV, but could hear much better than without it.

I like this unit very much and it worked great until 2 days ago. I had charged it and put it away. The next day I went to use it and it wouldn't turn on. At first I left it on when I put it away. So I charged it and it worked fine and the battery lasted it's usually long duration. I again put a full charge on it this time making sure it was turned off and sure enough it had no charge the next day. The unit is discharging when not in use. Very disappointed now. I can still use it by charging it and immediately using it but that's a big inconvenience. It's now 20 days past the return date and returns are a major inconvenience for me given my health situation. I am going to contact the manufacturer and see if they will do anything for me.Update June 21. I received a $20 eGift offer from the seller for submitting a review. So the above was my review and I emailed them the order number and Amazon review confirmation email just as they requested. I also used that email to tell them about the unit losing charge just to see if they would respond with any kind of resolution even though because of health issues returning the unit was not a convenient option. I haven't heard a word from them about the eGift or any resolution. You can make of that what you will. I will however add I decided to put a charge in the unit and am using now. However even if I fully charge it and put it aside overnight while ensuring it is turned off it will be completely discharged in the morning. Frustrating because when in use the charge lasts for a very long time.

Bought this for my dad as hearing aid. Had it for over a month and he is very satisfied with it. Has different volume settings which is great. Sound is very clear and no high-pitched whistling. Best part is it uses USB C for charging. You can also use it as bluetooth headphones for answering phone or listening to music from phone. The neck band prevents it from losing it. Will highly recommend it if someone needs Hearing Aid for min to moderate hearing loss. Not sure for severe hearing loss since my dad has only moderate hearing loss.

Bought these as a gift by request for an elderly woman. Unfortunately she was confused by how to operate them. Made worse was a loud interference sound coming from the earbuds if turned on prior to inserting in the ear that seems like it could actually cause hearing damage. The company has since sent me requests by email and traditional mail asking for feedback but I’ve just accepted the loss.I think for the right person in the right scenario these could be great but it’s a poor execution of a hearing aid replacement. I don’t like to be negative because you never know the situation of the person/company behind a product but I have a suspicion they are capitalizing on a relative cost principal. I paid nearly a $100US for these and was completely disappointed in the quality. They seem to be less effective at ambient sound amplification than AirPods which cost only slightly more. I would rather have given the woman a hundred dollars toward real hearing aides.

I have a 5k pair and I was going to use these for backup, relief from pressure... I like these and I'm amazed a what 99.99 bought. I get free hearing aids (service related) but these work well for the price and they are different in how they are worn, how they won't slip off and fall to the ground... This is not a BMW or a Saturn, they are just there and they work. Might check out others updates later down the road for more enhancements to their module(s).... If money doesn't fall off trees, then get you a pair and tell them the guy who doesn't write reviews said to....

It seamlessly switches between Bluetooth and a hearing amplifier. It seems to me that the battery life is also as was promised, but I haven't checked these parameters in detail. The quality of Bluetooth sound is very good. Unfortunately, that is all that can be said good about this device (model number: B0B9FY2ZBV_CA NARF). The main problems when using the device as a hearing aid:1. The minimum set of volume on the device already leads to a very high level of amplification, so any light touch on nearby objects, and especially the touch of the wire on which the microphone is mounted, causes a high-frequency sound.2. There is no difference between the three Noise Reduction Modes of its operation.3. Noise cancellation turns on with a delay of 1-2 seconds. This is clearly seen when I open the water tap and the sound of flowing water first has a higher frequency component, and then disappears.

Look, who wants to wear an annoying hearing aid over, or in the ear. They fall out, look terrible and the feedback noise of many hearing assists will drive you bonkers. I tossed the over the ear one I had.I have walked with Bluetooth "around the neck" head sets for years and love them for music listening. If they fall out, no big deal since they do not fall to the ground, break and you get to say goodbye to it.Now about this particular unit. I get by with the volume set on 2 or, 3. I've noticed no feedback so far. The mic is on the right side of the unit so you will have to find your spot with the adjust mechanism that is on both left and right sides of the ear buds.I use this head set primary for TV, and listening to my better half of almost 50 years. I still use my walking unit, although this set has Bluetooth like my music only unit. I may go to, just this one, when the set I walk with bites the dust.

I'm a little hard of hearing and I like to listen to podcasts. This one device does both. I use it to hear better in meetings, (I'm thrilled at how well it works in a big room), and then when I'm alone, with the bluetooth, I listen to podcasts and such. This was a good purchase. I'm happy with this product!

おばあちゃんに、使ってもらおうとおもったけど、本人のしゃべってる声も拾うから、使えないです。

相手の声が多少大きくなる程度で、自分の声がワンワンと響いて会話では使い物にならない。日常的にも咀嚼音などを拾ってしまいうるさく、集音器としての機能は殆ど果たすことがない。誰にもおすすめできません。
