I'm happy to take a picture when I have everything together ...
I purchased this so I can pull my pop up camper behind my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. I only got this to work by taking my spare tire off the back (35" tire) to give me enough clearance. Although a bit of an inconvenience with taking off the tire and storing it in the back of the Jeep I made it work.I own a Thule bike rack that fits 4 bikes but I only took 2 bikes up with me and put them closes to the Jeep. If I had 3 or 4 bikes it would be even a tighter fit with bikes closer to my pop up trailer. I did have to move the jack on my pop-up a bit away from the end of the A frame (closer to the camper) but I needed to do that anyways since it also got in the way of the spare tire when I wasn't using my bike rack and just towing my camper. I'm happy to take a picture when I have everything together so you can visualize but if you have this same type of setup (Jeep, Large Tires, A-Frame Pop-up) then it should work for you given you follow what I did.

Excellent quality but doesn't work for us
The quality of this hitch extender seems excellent and the value for the price is great. Unfortunately, this extender did not work for our needs. Our goal was to tow our pop-up camper and Thule 4-bike rack with our Pathfinder. We had several issues with this hook-up that made it not possible for us to use this setup.1. extending the hitch away from the truck creates more potential for the trailer connection to bottom-out while going over bumps, etc., yet the design of the extender prevents the use of any rise on your hitch bar to counteract this.2. Even though the bike rack and camper both fit at the same time, the vertical riser of the bike rack comes within inches of the trailer jack. While going through a bump where your truck and camper make a "V" at the hitch point, the bike rack scrapes against the trailer jack. If this happened while also turning, it wouldn't be pretty.3. When the rack is loaded with any more than 2 bikes, some portion of the bike will hit the propane tank as well as the camper itself on tight turns. Even a single bike will hit on turns unless you remove the front tire.

Bikes and a Cargo Carrier
My first impression was how nice the finish was. Nicer then any of the hitches I own. This is perfect for a hitch basket and bike rack. But I purchased it to extend and raise the bike rack and make it easier to open the back door of the camper. The photo shows a flange around both the trailer and bike rack receiver openings. There was no flange on the top bike rack, which is fine, not needed. The flange on the bottom is better described as a collar. The clearance from the top of the bike receiver to the top of the trailer receiver is 5 1/2 inches. From the top of the bike receiver to the bottom trailer receiver flange is 8 3/8 inches.

Fits and works fine.
I worked fine, it just didn't meet my need of allowing a bike rack to put on the top, and a tow bar on the bottom. The bike rack when installed interfered with the opening of the tow bar, so when you had to disconnect or connect the tow vehicle, you first had to remove the bike rack. For my purpose there bottom receiver would need to extend further.

Worked fine for me.
Worked perfectly for me. I read a bunch of negative reviews before I made my purchase, but decided to take a chance anyway. The first thing I did was to try sliding my bike rack in the upper tube, which is what most of negative reviews pertained to. Well, perfect fit, for me at least. Yes, the inserted mount is rather loose and noisy, but they make devices to tighten up the slop and stop the noise. I used a hitch tightener and I had no problems whatsoever.

Great item
I have a teardrop camper, that we needed some additional storage for. It has a 2" receiver, so we bought a nice rack for it. Worked well but I couldn't help being concerned about possible clearance issues with driveways, and some of the dirt trails we were going to be on. A strike could have destroyed the rack and damaged the trailer. This hitch extender gave us just what we needed, a 6.5" rise to the rack. It's ruggedly built and though we didn't use the extender function, we're very confident and pleased during our 2500 mile adventure.

Very solid...inspires confidence!
Good, heavy-duty adapter that let me use my 2" cargo carrier (leftover from a previous vehicle) in a 1 1/4" receiver (on my new vehicle). Took it to Florida and back fully loaded with no incidents. The extra length it added actually proved to be an advantage, in that it gave my hatchback door enough clearance to open when the cargo carrier was loaded.UPDATE: For some reason, this review is paired with the wrong product. The product I'm reviewing is in the attached photo.

Heavy duty and works great.
I put this on my utv and use a carry all in the top sleeve and a clevis in the bottom. Works awesome and I love the versatility it adds to my UTV. I can use a ball to move trailers or pull somebody out of the mud with a clevis on the bottom sleeve and never have to remove my carry all from the top sleeve. Love this purchase.

very loose!
hi, not impressed with this hitch adaptor, looks nice but VERY loose. i measured it and its a big 16th less than 2" , due to the way its made only the expensive anti-rattle device helps a little. i cant recommend.
