Sturdy & Stable FID Bench
After agonizing over which bench would be best for my home gym, I settled on this model. Mostly because I over-analyze the heck out of purchases like this, I was at my wits end, and this seemed like a good option. At the time of purchase it only had one review, so I felt a little uneasy, but I'm glad I went through with it. It's a super solid bench, very heavy duty. This can easily handle anything I'll ever use it for. I have zero concerns about the stability of this bench. I'm 6'2", and this easily accommodates my height. I've used it in decline, flat, and incline mode, and I've been pleased with it at every angle. It is heavy, but I won't count that as a negative because I wanted a solid, sturdy bench, and that likely comes with the territory. It has wheels, so it's easy enough to move when I need to. The only thing I don't like is the logo on the bench. I'd prefer a bench without a logo, but that's just me nit-picking.I was oh-so-close to pulling the trigger on a cheaper bench, but when I started thinking more seriously about how important it is to have a bench that you trust to support a pile of weight over your body, I decided it was a worthwhile investment to spend a few extra bucks. No regrets yet...

Gym quality. Solid construction
Solid equipment. Gym quality. I’m not afraid to go heavy on it. There’s no wobble or unstable feeling. Better than I expected. Very easy to adjust incline & decline. Pretty easy to assemble. Costs more but it’s worth it.

It rocks back and forth when using it
It is compact and easy to assemble and store but those joints used to collapse it make it wobbly. You have to be very conscious of what you are doing on it because you always feel like you are about to fall. It is less wobbly on a hard surface and really wobbly on carpet.

Great FID Bench!
I’d say this is a great FID Bench for a home gym. Very solid frame with a nice firm 2.75” pad. Nice flat/incline/decline positions. It’s great for my dumbbells and power rack bench workoutsThis bench is high quality, very solid, sturdy. It feels very comfortable, stable, doesn't wobble. So far it seems pretty durable. Pretty heavy at 93 lbs (wheels and handle make it easy to move around)You will need about 20-25 minutes to complete assembly (It arrives mostly assembled)Cons: Seat feels too wide so you have to spread your legs a little bit too much. No rubber padding on feet so you will definitely need a gym matA little bit pricey but seems fair for a high quality FID benchHands down this is the best FID bench I've ever had. So far I’m very pleased.

Heavy duty. Doesn’t move unless you want it to
So I have a pretty nice home gym and I was seriously lacking with my bench. So I figured I’d get an expensive, heavy duty FID bench. I was looking at Rogue and some others I found on amazon when I stumbled upon this bench. I have some other Valor equipment and I like them for what they are. After reading some reviews I figured I’d try this bench out and see if I couldn’t save some money instead of buying a Rogue one. This bench is a beast. Solid and easy to move. So glad I went with this bench. It arrived missing a small part but a quick call to their customer service line and it was shipped to me in a couple days. Even though this bench was missing a piece I’m still giving it 5 stars because of how great this bench actually is. If you’re on the fence between this or something more expensive, get this. You won’t regret it.

Very solid FID bench for a home gym and Half the price of the Hoist model.
The bench is very sturdy and arrived as described. I am not a fan of the printed logo on the pad and think that makes the product look like a lower quality item but I am an engineer and overly anal about minor details. The assembly was very easy with basic hand tools and I was very happy to find the hardware was sorted and labeled for faster assembly. I had no trouble with the assembly, but I would recommend that the vendor update the assembly manual to have more steps and better diagrams to better assist the non-handy buyer.
