Used to convert a Weber Q 1200 to connect to an RV with a regulated quick connect. The kit doesn't come with the teflon tape needed for a proper seal (you'll need the yellow kind) and on my grill the regulator was pretty hard to remove, but other than that the installation went smoothly. No leaks and grill works great with the new connection. As a bonus, the kit came faster than expected.

These M.B. Sturgis people must be rollin in it. There's like $3 worth of material in this thing. They are making BANK! Anyway. I have this camper, and I also have this Weber grill. I wanted to two to make sweet, sweet love, so I bought this hose conversion thing. Now they do! And by sweet, sweet love, I mean that they work together so I can cook food for my family when we take the camper out. So, it does that. Food is pretty good too. I have this recipe for steak that the kids like and we make burgers and things. Anyway, as far as a hose for propane is concerned, I don't think you can beat this one. I haven't really tried though. Just a guess.

This is a quick disconnect hook up at BOTH ends for your Weber Q. And is for RVs that already have a regulator on their onboard LP tank. You have to remove your Weber Q regulator and screw on the quick disconnect mail and with some plumbing tape for this to work.There aren’t any instructions so watch a You tube video.

All you have to do is remove the regulator attached to the grill - along with its mounting plate - then replace it with the male fitting. Bring your own teflon tape. Bear in mind that 10' of propane hose takes a few seconds to charge with propane, so be patient when you ignite the grill. I've used mine several times, and the grill performs very well when fed by the "house" propane in my RV.

I use this for a quick connect to my RV, I love not having to carry an extra propane tank and I know that I will always have plenty of propane for my BBQ. It also has covers for each side so you don't have to worry about getting dirt in the connections when not in use.

Very good quality and with a bit of research the conversion on my Q1200 grill was easy and intuitive. Work a treat but I wish they did a 15’ hose

You could easily get the parts yourself locally for less money; however, this kit makes the job incredibly easy, although that's certainly what you're paying for.

Works well with my table top Weber Q. I use it to connect to my RV hookup and it works good. I got the 6ft and wish that I had gotten a longer one.
