I purchased this product for my office and it works fantastic, you are able to control how hot and how long the heat flows. This is a good purchase

I purchased this heater about a year ago and only use it to heat our bathroom during the extreme cold months. I live in south Alabama, we don't have really harsh winters. Despite what some might think, we do take baths at least once a day lol. It has stopped working this year. It will come on and shut off. The thermostat is wide open so it'd not because I have it turned down. It's just now the quality that we used to get in these kind of heaters. My great grandparents had one that looked just like this in their bathroom for about 15 years of my life. Quality control is a thing of the past.

I will start with the only complaint I have. This product came dented/damaged. That being said it does not seem to have effected its ability to operate properly. As far as every other part of this purchase I say 5 stars so far. Only had it a few days. But it is absolute instant heat. I use it inna small bathroom and I can only put it on 1250 watt setting about 1/3 power level or ot gets too hot. I imagine this heater on 1500 was turned all the way up would heat a small garage to at least comfortable temperatures. It does have a loud start up. The fan kind of sounds like maybe kts on a belt and the belt isn't tensioned properly. Once its running its not that loud. Bang for buck an absolute GREAT purchase. Just, you might find a different seller cause it seems there's a reason it was almost $10 cheaper. Pay the extra from a different seller and get the warranty

This is our second heater. We are still using the first one but wanted more heat in another room. It does have a fan; however, it isn't very loud. The features on this fan works as intended. It does get hot, so we are careful where and what we place around the heater. We also make sure that it is NOT close to walls. Air flow is beneficial in keeping heater cooler. We are empty nester and have dogs. Therefore we do not have to worry about little kids hitting the heater and our dogs are large and don't bother it. For the price, it's a good value. (purchased under $40)

I like that the heat feels more intense than the porcelain heaters. The porcelain heaters are safer in everyway I'm sure. I have two, but just weren't putting the heat out that I was wanting for using in an uninsulated 'sunroom/3 season room' while sitting out there for maybe an hour. The radiant heater better 'simulates' having a fire. I only want the heat on while I'm sitting in front of it for maybe an hour or two.

The heater was working fine and then when I turned it on it worked for about 20 minutes and wouldn't come on . The room was cold. Please if you have a answer to this problem
