Let's Get Cooking! (Shopkins: Shoppies Cookbook)

This was an impulse purchase for my 6 year old daughter for christmas. She loves shopkins and the dolls so I thought this might be a fun change to the typical story book. She has already requested to make several things, and she is a super picky eater! I was surprised that there are so many cute, easy and fun recipes in this book. Given, a lot of them are pretty high in sugar, but I liked that everything is made from scratch and not using partial store bought ingredients. There are so many cute, and easy dessert items that would be perfect for a childs birthday party. I think I will be using this book quite a bit myself!

My daugher is obsessed with cooking and I knew I had to get her this for Christmas! We she reads this as if it's her chapter book. It has fun little snacks and healthy meals (which I love) to make. Easy recipes (which I love). We are always finding new recipes to try together. She even made a snack using a recipe from this book for her girl scout troop and they loved it!

My 6yo loves to bake and loves to look at cookbooks. This was one of the best discoveries! I accidentally ran in to it right when I thought I was finished Christmas shopping, I broke my budget to get it - and - it has turned out to be one of her favorite gifts. The design is so attractive and creative, especially to Shopkin fans. The recipes are fun!

My 5 year old loves to cook so we wanted to get her a cookbook of her very own for her for Easter basket. She is a big fan of Shopkins/Shoppie Girls so this was perfect! She loves it! The recipes are fun and yummy! Summer break will be full of treats now :)

This is a great beginning cookbook. I got it for a 7 year old along with baking set of pans and utensils. She and Nana used it to make some great cupcakes immediately. The print is easy to read, the pictures help, and it goes step by step. I even copied a few recipes before she took it home- everything looks yummy.

I ordered this cookbook for my granddaughter that is 10 years old and loves Shopkins and cooking! The cookbook looks like it will be easy for her to do most things by herself and offers pictures too. Excellent book.

Some of the recipes are very simple, but the cookbook is cute and fun.

Granddaughters had asked for this from their school book fair. Amazon's price beat the book fairs price so they got it for Christmas. They really enjoy making things in the kitchen.

A fabulous book. Recipes will be fun to make. Most of the recipes use normal every day ingredients. Nice colorful pictures. I think this will be a great introduction to some simple kitchen skills.

I have made 3 recipes with my daughter and all of them were delicious! The Rainbow Wraps, Frozen Berry Pops and the Pita Wedges with Hummus were fun and easy to make.
