My son has multiple keycap sets and seems to think that these are the best he owns. I guess he has been wanting to purchase another set identical to this one from another company for a while but hadn't. This set was exactly what he wanted from what he said though. They work really well and enhance his setup.

The picture of this Cherry profile 135 keycap set in the Amazon listing is not accurate and actually does the set a disservice. The set actually has, for example, R3 and R2 PgUp and PgDn keys that are not depicted but are useful in a 75% layout like the one I have. Please review my photos for an overview of the full keycaps set and don't study the Amazon product photo too closely (unless it has been updated).This keycap set should support 60%, 65%, 75%, 80% and 100% layouts out of the box. The inclusion of the 7u space bar and stepped caps lock also allows for a nice alternate "tsangan" 60% layout if the keyboard supports it.What's missing is a R4 Delete key though. On my 75% keyboard I used a novelty key in place of the Delete key in R4 of my navigation cluster. It doesn't look bad but I did want to call that out.The keycap set does not come with split space bars nor an extra B key so it can't be used on an Alice layout. Nor does it have a R2 Control key and R3 Backspace – or usable replacements – that allows the set to be used in a HHKB layout. And while it includes an ISO enter key, there aren't enough support keys to really build out a proper ISO layout.So even without the Alice and HHKB support, the choice of keycaps included in this set could still be improved upon. That said, the set is both PC and Mac friendly enough in that there are no Win key; novelty keys with the Japanese character for "black" can be used in the modifier row for either OS. Alas, there are no Mac-specific Option keys but by now I'm used to using Alt keys in place of Option keys on my keyboard that I use with my Mac.I used calipers to measure the thickness of the sides of random keycaps from each row. There is some inconsistency between keycaps with the thickness measuring between 1.35mm to 1.42mm. The space bar sides measure between 1.51mm and 1.59mm thick. These aren't the thinnest keycaps around nor are they the thickest. They sit on my switches very solidly and have a very light surface texture to them.The legends on the keycaps are very clear from my sitting position though up close the print is not super crisp, but that's fine. The white on black color way is a classic one that is enhanced by the Hiragana sub-legends in red. This keycap set can pair well with many keyboard colors and looks especially fine on my silver/gray Keychon Q1 Pro and probably just as fine on my red Tofu60.I mounted the keycaps onto factory lubed Gateron Baby Raccoon linear switches in my Keychron board. This combination on a brass plate sounds really great to my ears, a sound that is midway between clacky and thoccy, which I find pleasant and is consistent with other PBT keycaps on my board. No complaints here!Overall this is quite a nice keycap set. I recommend the 135-key set over the 81-key set for greater installation flexibility.
