Saber EZ Stainless Griddle

I do very few reviews, only products that meet my expectations. This grill is such. This is a very solid unit. I have had my Weber Genesis grill up to about 600 F degrees with no warping at all due to the solid bracing. Last but not least is the grease trap. The removable catch tray is perfect. Well worth the price.

Great grill accessory. I seasoned the griddle in the oven the same way I do with cast iron. Light coat of grape seed oil or any high temp oil at 500 degrees for 1 hour, 3 times. First time use was better than a nonstick pan. So far nothing to dislike.

I put this little griddle on a two burner Nexgrill bbq and what a difference! No flare ups, even cooking...a great addition.

I like there design, but it is made out of such thin metal and if you don’t have a uniform heat source, it warps easily. So if your expectations are for a nice flat surface, this may not be what your looking for.

This is quite heavy and looks like it will last a long time.

I have no idea how this passed QC from the factory.Warped so badly it won't sit flat on a table. The opening for the removable grease tray was smaller than the tray itself, and no amount of wrestling with it would help. Finally, the welding was terrible - causing slightly raised domes on the surface of the griddle, and the ones at the bottom were burred enough to slice my finger open putting it back in the box.

These are a pain to clean. Much easier to use a cast iron skillet
