The cable looked nice but after a week's use one end of the cable already came off which is a big disappointment. I've had cables I've been using for a couple of years which are still as good as new. I bought this one for the extended length. It can still be used (don't know how long though) but it does NOT look good.

Don’t waste your money.
Worked barely four months, now doesn’t work at all. Poor construction and not Apple compatible for the long run.. Don’t waste your money, buy an authentic Apple product.

Short Life..
The 6ft length and tweed cover is nice. But I expected the chargers to last longer. Bought 3 in November. I now have one working one left, and it’s about to go too. It’s weak where the cord meets the charge head (the part that connects to the phone) ... tweed wears away, and then it shorts out.

Love the braided structure
Love the braided structure, seems more durable than my original Apple charger!!! BTW, 6 ft works perfect in the office - no more hidden under the desk.
