Perfect paring knife

High quality. Good value. I like the rosewood handle. Would have given it a higher mark if it came with a cheap sheath. It's a paring knife so the thin blade is appropriate but it may not hold it's edge if used with a hard cutting board or stored in a knife drawer.

You cannot go wrong with this brand - it is extremely sharp and makes easy work in the kitchen. I will continue to purchase this brand.
