As a junior doctor shift work messing with your sleep schedule and exam anxiety really reduced the quality and quantity of sleep one can get but this is really fab to help improve it.I have also bought this for several friends who also love it

Purchased as a present for my daughter and she was thrilled to bits with the results.

Only used this once so cannot comment on improved sleep. Pleasant smelling gives a relaxing impression. I thought there were 4 different scents but each bottle is the same scent so maybe my fault for not reading the description. Why 4 small bottles of the same scent, why not one larger one or 4 in different scents?

Much smaller than expected

The scent for me is somewhere between lavender and a subtle spice but the Mrs uses it almost every night and loves them. If you like night sprays definitely give these a go.I'd say test on kitchen towel first to make sure you like the scent 😊

Bought as a gift but didn't give it and bought something else instead.It is tiny. The bottles are miniscule, and I'm not overly impressed with the products when I tried them. They smell lovely but they've not helped me sleep at all.
