Primeiramente o produto chegou com a caixa muito danificada e suja. Ao abrir a caixa, descobri que veio sem nota fiscal e o tênis estava sujo, com marcas de uso. Claramente o tênis já foi usado, por estar com vários pontos sujos, inclusive o solado. Tem uma parte na lateral, próxima à base do tênis, que inclusive está danificada. Como é para presente, eu de forma ingênua ainda passei um pano em algumas partes, antes de pensar em abrir a reclamação. Não são grandes manchas, mas ninguém quer receber algo que foi claramente usado antes

I normally wear a size 9 in a gym shoe. I swam in these. I exchanged them for an 8.5. The exchange process was very easy. The 8.5 fits much better. The shoes are very nice and wear well. I read other reviews that said these ran big. I wished I would have listened to them.
