This Book Is a Must Have if you're Looking for a Coton De Tulear
This book is better then I thought it would be. I was so hard finding a book on this breed they weren't even listing in any of the dog breeds. These little white fluffy cotton balls are happy and friendly to all people. They love to play and chew on their chewy's when teething. I got my coton when she was 3mths now she's 5mths. She is a handful she's very active and love to run in the back yard to release some of her energy. The coton's are also very smart she flew into Las Vegas from Missouri & was put in this small little crate where she could hardly move she traveled 6hrs until she landed in Vegas. At first she was scared but we bribed her out with a bowl of fresh water. Airlines dont allow pets to have anything 4hrs prior to take off they cant have water either. For 12hrs traveling she had a 2hr layoff in Houston. It took her awhile to come out of her crate but she finally did and drank 2 bowls of water. Her tail was wagging, she gave us kisses she fit into the family immediately and her personality like no other dog I've seen. She was so happy to be out of the crate that she was cramped in. I bought her a baby playpen instead of a crate and she loved it and this is where she slept.I left my bedroom door open when it was her bedtime this way she could see me and wouldn't be afraid of her new surrondings. She learned in 2 days to walk on a leash and she let us know she needed to go out by sitting at the sliding glass door gave a bark as if to say hurry I have to go, I never knew of a puppy at 3months to do this. When she gets older she will be the best little dog. She's now 5mths she's teething and she has every chewy & uppy teething bones and she has so many toys as you see I spoil her she's such a good dog. Thank You Mr Knorr for this book it's a bible to me. And those considering a coton de tulear you won't regret it you need patience and they will catch on quickly just learn their body language they are very animated, but also very smart and quick to please. I named my puppy cotton.Suzan RangoMesquite NV 89020

Good information
I found this book to be interesting and helpful for learning about this dog breed. While possibly not be for those who have experience with the breed, this book can be very helpful for those who may wish to discern if this breed is for them. Happy with this purchase.

Good book on Cotons
This is a good book for those thinking of purchasing or that have purchased a Coton de Tulear. I was a little disappointed with the price of the book but I felt the info was good. I didn’t look at other books on this breed as this book was recommended by our breeder.

Everything you want to know about Coton De Tulear
This book is an excellent book to learn all about this special precious dog. It helps you to know what to expect if you decide that this dog is your choice. Not only did the author describe the Coton de Tulear perfectly, he told us what to, what to expect and how to do what ever is necessary to raise a Coton-from puppy to Senior. This book helps you to decide if Coton is the right fit for you or if you already have a Coton, it will give you a better insight as to what you need to do as well as what your dog will do. I will definitely keep this book as a tool and a resource in helping me to raise a heathly, playful and lovely addition to my family!

OK Wishing it Was More Thorough
The information is useful and practical but somewhat generic IMO. I have it on the Kindle form and we keep losing it off the Kindle but it remains in the cloud I believe. This book could be more in depth and specific in its details in all areas but it is a starting place and since there is really nothing to compare it to in such a limited field of materials about this breed, it's basically all ya got! I think you might do better just contacting breeders who have had these dogs ten or more years and learning firsthand.

Coton De Tulear Book
A great book for the Coton owner! Our new puppy, Isabelle is the first Coton that we've ever owned, so I wanted to gain as much information about the breed as I possibly could. This book was great! It has information on the history of the Coton, as well as what to expect of the breed, and good information on raising a Coton puppy. The book contains great photos. I highly recommend this book for the first time owner of a Coton, as well as those familiar with the breed. Not many books about this breed available at pet stores or book stores, so I was very pleased to find the book through Amazon!

Very helpful!
I decided to purchase this book on Kindle so that my husband and I could learn about our new Coton de Tulear puppy. We wanted to learn about him together and we could take the Kindle to bed and I could read it to him since his eye sight is poor. We had seen a hard copy of the book at the breeders and were impressed. So far we like the book very much and have learned a great deal. We are almost to the end. We would recommend it to anyone who needs to know EVERY thing about taking care of a new Coton puppy. As experienced dog owners we found much information we knew, but needed to be reminded of and many NEW things about this particular breed. It is very helpful. Thank you for making it available in the Kindle edition.

Coton de Tulear
A well needed book delivered quickly at a crucial time in my life. This well written book was delivered quickly from Amazon.com.The day after Thanksgiving I was gifted this wonderful life changing dog, A Coton de Tulear. What kind of dog was this? Where did this breed originate from and why have I never heard of this breed before? How was I to take care of this 9 week old bundle of joy with no knowledge.I thank the Kennel Club Breed Series book for saving me from what could have been a trumatic out come for the dog and myself. As of today I have a well behaved, trained, groomed properly and feed correctly pup.Thank you for all the great tips on training and grooming. I am very happy with this book and would highly reccommend this series to all dog lovers. BRAVO!!!!!

Best Coton book!
Anyone reading this will know how difficult it is to find any literature on Coton de Tulears, but this book doesn't disappoint. Be prepared for quite a wait as it comes form USA but it's worth it. I am collecting my Coton puppy this week and feel confident I have done as much research as possible, this book is invaluable!

I would recommend also reading a dog behaviour book and puppy book ...
Really helpful introduction to caring for a Coton de Tulear. We are expecting one in January and it helped us prepare. I would recommend also reading a dog behaviour book and puppy book as well before you get your dog as these will go into further details.
