I am an elderly woman who found the chairs to be relatively easy to assemble. I read the instructions a couple of times, laid out all the parts, and followed step by step. I did use my own screwdriver shaped Allen wrench because of my stiff hands. My husband helped by holding the parts together when attaching the swivel mechanism and made sure every screw and bolt was tight. It took 90 minutes to assemble both chairs, with no problem whatsoever. WOW, are they comfortable!….very sturdy and attractive.

I bought 6 of the counter height barstools and they are perfect! Easy to assemble and very sturdy, nice heavy mesh on the seats and back. Look like they will hold up for a long time, I love them! Price was right for a good sturdy outdoor swivel barstool. Comes with caps to cover and protect all the bolts, holes all lined up perfect. They are beautiful and large enough seat for larger bottoms. Very pleased!

The bar stools are even nicer than I expected. They are extremely attractive, comfortable and sturdy. There was a problem with one of the chairs. I contacted the company and in less than one week, the problem was resolved well beyond my expectations. I cannot state highly enough the incredible customer service from this company. If you are hesitating at all in ordering this furniture. Don’t. Order immediately—you will not be disappointed.

These chairs are the right height for our glass topped decorative oak barrel. Glad we found them. The assembly instructions are very bare. No written instructions at all just diagrams. We managed but we're slowed down. They include 3 extra pieces of hardware but didn't need them. The Allen wrench supplied makes it tedious so I used my own t-handle. Overall, we'd buy these chairs again

We needed new patio chairs for our counter height table…these are very nice and sturdy and nice looking as well. No problem assembling.

Great looking chairs just too many pieces to put together but I love them. Big and comfy

I bought four chairs from this company. I bought the first two and had almost no issues…some of the predrilled holes didn’t line up great but I got them to work. The second two I bought came with a different swivel then the first two and within 2-3 days the swivel was loose and wobbly. I contacted the company and received a response asking me to verify the part via a diagram they sent me…even though I was very clear with my initial communication as to what the bad parts were. I also asked them for a new set of the screws since those are pretty soft and I anticipated stripping problems by the time I removed the original ones and replaced them with the new parts. They didn’t even acknowledge that but I was hopeful they would still send it since I received a prompt response from them. After I responded verifying the correct parts I needed they just disappeared on me, no more correspondence and no parts ever arrived. I’ll obviously need to purchase new swivels on my own to repair the chairs and just a warning to anyone wanting to purchase these, that while they’re nice chairs, you can find them from other sellers who will stand behind them

These chairs feel sturdy and are the perfect height for our outdoor patio counter. Very happy with this purchase. We purchased 8 chairs.
