My husband loves these ghost peppers! He adds them to the taste of Asia bowl type soups when he is at work. He said this bag of ghost peppers had a little more of a smoky flavor to them, another brand I bought him had a sweeter flavor.

They're hot, but you have to like the flavor of ghost peppers. For my money, almost all peppers taste better.

I used them in my beer chilli and in kung pao chicken. I grind them up and sprinkle them in whatever. Hot but not unbearable for someone that likes heat. Definitely buy again!

I purchased these for a specific recipe. I was very pleased. The chilies were packed in a way not to crush the beautifully dried chilies. My dish which was with sauteed shrimp and other tex-mex type of ingredients came out fabulous. Excellent chilies.

These are great--REALLY HOT!! I mince them up and infuse them into olive oil. Use like regular olive oil for anything where you want a nice kick. Just proceed with caution--these can hurt you!

The bag I bought had very little heat/flavor

excellent quality. packaged fresh .* make sure not to touch this pepper and then touch your face , or anywhere near eye area.use gloves or tongs .
