Perfect cushioning and no slipping!
I am a fitness instructor for over 20 years and now training for my yoga certifcation. I practice every day and often on carpeted surfaces. This yoga mat stays in place on carpet- which is so hard to find! It also has just the right amount of cushioning and perfect on hard surfaces as well. Just love it!

Mostly rubber.
I’m really disappointed in this product. It said it was made out of cork. It has a thin layer of cork and the rest is rubber. If you’re going to say you’re an eco-friendly product please don’t be made mostly of rubber.
