These are not the PRS/SAM models.
The item that is being sold is not the pressure regulated (PRS) body with the seal-a-matic (SAM) valve. These are the regular 5000 plus bodies that sell for $16.

Priced right. No more mist. No headache.
Exceeded my expectations. Quality product and fast shipping. Great value! Much easier to adjust compared to the 5000 series. No misting and the water stream is perfect.

Installation instructions missing.
This sprinkler head works as desired after installation. However, it arrived with no instructions for initial adjustment. That required some research via Youtube. A simple instruction sheet should have been provided.
