Didnt stay in its place well

I have it & use it but am very disappointed with it. I looked at other foot rests but chose this one because it had a rocking motion, which I thought would be helpful to prevent circulatory problems in the lower legs & ankles that swell when sitting at the computer for long periods. But it is hard to rock it & it hurts the bottom of your feet if you rock it barefoot or with only socks on. I do not like that. If I wear shoes it raises my knees uncomfortably high beneath my computer desk. I would not recommend it to anyone without warning them about those things.

No written instructions; only pictures that are hard to figure out. I can only get it adjusted to two positions. The top is always in a slanted position. Top is hard plastic with big hard plactic nubs. I am likely going to add a cushion to the top. Not what I expected.
