Old stale product.
Came very stale, crushed up. Couldn't even tell if some had chocolate coating. All cracked and white filmy looking. Do not buy.

Ever so delicious
Tastes so fresh too. Received no allergic reactions either. Germans use great ingredients and ground well. Excellent procedure.

Not the best presentation, but the flavor is addicting.
They seem a little old and stale, for instance the frosting pulls off in one dry thin papery sheet (tastes a little like paper too) but the cookies themselves are still soft and have a fantastic rich flavor that makes you crave more. For all I know these were in great condition and just come across as stale because they're using traditional recipes.
