Thsi si definitely one of the best Air Frys out there; I was looking at the PowerXL with grill combo and others that looked like ovens that had a glass door. After seeing the instructions and seeing all the parts you have to remove and wash I was off-put. Then I saw this one and it's very simple to clean.The whole bottom is very easy to clean, I have used it many times since I got it like a month ago. The top isn't as easy to clean but I usually don't have to clean that as most things ain't splattering. Like Egg, or chicken, but burger definitely splatters. The splatter guard isn't very helpful the splatter gets on the heating coil. You can remove it with a screwdriver, just 1 screw. I don't like that I have to use a dirty hardware tool to clean this as the germs will be put back on it after I screw it on.I also don't use the metal basket it comes with, afraid it may scratch the inside, I use a silicone one by Wavelu, the X-L option; Works perfectly. Also make cleaning easier as the oil/grease doesn't drip into the bottom pan of the machine line the metal basket. I recommend buying that as well, I know it's circular, but silicone is mold-able and it fits precise.I take a star off due to no instructions on how to use the grill to do what they mention in the sale ad. The main thing being frying eggs. I literally fry eggs no oil with this machine after finding out 380 for about 7 minds cooks the egg, but their support was no help in the matter, nor on how to grill a burger.Trying to find Air Grill times online is not easy mostly just air fry timings and recipes. They do have nice youtube channel with recipe videos that are nice and short, but it's usually another product but I think the steps would be similar.This a great air fry because you can put stuff on the bottom and really easy to clean. Like it more than my previous Air Fry it replaced, I use this one a lot more.The other per peeve I have with the machine is after the preheat if you take too long to load up the machine, it'll turn off and lose all your settings. I wish the timer for this was longer, I hope the manufacturer reads this. Then you have to reset everything and program it again and wait for preheat while your food is inside. Also the touch button a bit hard to press with knuckles as sometimes your fingers are dripping or dirty and you don't want to dirty up the buttons so I try to use knuckle but sometimes fails, maybe is the play button was a silicone button that you can clean easily wiping. And the other thins if the hearing coil was removable so you could detach the center of it with all the controls so you could clean the top easier, otherwise the only way to clean it is to wipe it down.I highly recommend this air fry and believe it's the best one on the market I saw.Also the grill didn't put grill marks on my burgers, more like dents but those grooves did allow the grease to fall off the burger. Also you need to flip anything you cook on the grill portion and only the top side will come out crisp if not.Definitely seems like a quality machine.

I am liking this after a couple of months of use. It has taken awhile to figure out how to use it properly - the manual is really not very good. Also there is no link to recipes, but I found others online. The air fry mode is nice - it has made it easy to do my veggies and check on their doneness as I am still learning. I did just grill burgers and found the side with the grill ridges works much better than the griddle side, but that only allows for 2 burgers to cook. They did cook fine, and there was no smoke - this was a problem I had experienced with another unit. Overall, the more I use it the better I like it. Keep in mind that you will need to clean the base by hand due to the electrical connection. I would recommend this unit.

Haven’t tried it yet. Excited to start.BUT…..No recipe book was a disappointment. App is horrible, just takes you to YouTube videos that aren’t even featuring the item you purchased.Will update review when I use it

We like the taste of the food from the air fryer. My only negative comment is I don’t find the instructions clear and easy to follow.

Easy to use and clean up

It didn't have good instructions and theres no removal piece like it said. It beeps the whole time and I can't change or turn off the timer. I'm not very happy with it.
