Solid plate. It bolted right on with no issues, the grey finish it came with looked nice so no need to re paint it. I had a set of full aluminum skids designed to fit with the TRD Pro skid, they mated right up to this with no problem. For the money you can't go wrong.

This seems to be a well made product. Fit was great and the instructions easy to understand.However, I have a 3" lift on my truck that includes shims to lower the transfer case. The shims that come with this kit do not allow for this. You will need to find longer shims. I used about 6 washers to fill in the space until I can get the correct length shims.

The media could not be loaded.  It is an easy piece to install, good material, good price but with a defect.

I love the quality of this skid plate

Fit my 2019 SR perfectly. I just had to remove the wind dam. Holes line up. Solid 28 lbs plate of aluminum. Half the price of Toyota.

Fits 2gen and 3 gen Tacoma any model

This skid plate looks exactly like TRD but without the stamp. The color is more silver than white. I sprayed it with a durable gloss white for off-roading to fix that. The quality is really good. It's a full 1/4 inch thick. Much better than the factory one that comes on the truck. That one is practically useless. Did order raised TRD letters to put on this. Overall very happy. Well worth the 199$. More value than Toyota 450$!
