I don’t recommend buying this product
The unit stopped working after a month of use.I called the 0800 and the technician could not find my address and there is nothing they can do to help me.....I don’t recommend buying this product....To expensive and does not have any assistance from seller

Very disappointed
I was very disappointed. I have an excellent internet, but this device doesn’t work. I tried many times. Now I am returning it and ask for a refund.

The device reproduces bad image of the channels
The device reproduces bad image of the channels, every 1h of use the equipment says that it will turn off because it has already been used too much, there are days that the system of the equipment leaves the air and does not catch any channel, that is bad product, I do not recommend the no one!

I bought this product that suppose to work for one ...
I bought this product that suppose to work for one year without the renovation services, but the product stopped working with 9 months of use and the seller didn't solve my problem and ask me to buy a new credits for a year to solve this. So, the product didn't work and we don't have support because it's locked.

Needs better customer service
I purchased this product to watch brazilian tv. At first it was very good. I was getting good quality channels and the signal was mostly stable. Then i took the box to Brazil and that’s where the problems started.It would not work, at all. I would receive an EA13 error message stating to contact the dealer. I did so and within a few days, everything was up and running, perfect.But that didn’t last and soon the signal stopped again. Contacting support, I was oriented to reset the box as instructed by a youtube video they provided. This did not work, but changed the error message. I now get EA13 - this content cannot be viewed in your region. Afterwards, nothing back from support.Calling their support number sends me directly to voice mail which, unsurprisingly, is full and does not let me leave a message. I was told my issue was sent to the manufacturer to resolve, but it’s been over a month.I purchased this product in April and in May, the issues began. So 3 months in and I have no brazilian tv channel support at all.Other apps such as youtube and netflix do still work, however, so the the purchase was not a total failure. But if the purpose was to watch online content like that, there are many other cheaper solutions.I am very displeased with the lack of response from the technical support team on this matter. I am more than willing to cooperate with them, and I want this issue resolved. If I get a positive response from them, I am willing to change my review.***UPDATE 08/01/2018***The product began to work once more and I am able to watch all the brazilian channels in good quality without any issues. I did not receive any reply from the customer support or technical support team, however. As the product is working once more, I updated the rating from 1 stars to 3 stars. I believe the customer service can improve. A lack of response and being left in the dark without knowing if an issue will be resolved or not is discouraging.
