Workbook for Lighter by Yung Pueblo: Let Go of the Past, Connect with the Present, Expand the Future

I was really hoping that this was an actual workbook that went side by side with Yung Pueblo’s book Lighter - with a commentary that corresponded to each chapter with additional reflection. I didn’t realize this is basically a prompt journal book. The prompts are not very thoughtful, the lines are hugely spaced, the type is exceedingly huge and there is only about 20 pages tops. I felt like the creator of this book literally put in 10 mins tops in make this. It’s not worth the price. What a disappointment. If you’re looking for prompts Yung Pueblos book Lighter has plenty. Save your money.

It's a very basic workbook that doesn't really add anything beneficial to reading the book.
