Excellent book and meets my expectations

Great workbook exercises. Really drives home the ideas with the multitude of exercises and repetition.

Needss more textual discussion and fewer fill-in exams.

Though I bought it for a son, it was not pleased at all.

Very poor used copy. Had red ink and was filled in. Got refund

I use this for all of my students. Easily laid out. Students can read and work at home. Get the answer key as well!

Mark Sarnecki presents the fundamentals of music theory is a clear and concise way. Makes it much easier to understand. I always use his books with my students.
