Used poorly repaired lights, no seal so they will leak. Very disappointing quality.
These were offered by Amazon "used, like new" but they were not. They were like used, poorly repaired with no seal at the lens, so will certainly leak in rain. Very low quality, thin and cheap materials and build. Avoid these lights.
