If you are looking for something that stabilizes your ankle, is easy to put on, is comfortable, and allows you to continue with all your activities--look no further. This is all of those. I wore it hiking the Rim to Rim in the Grand Canyon. We made it across in one day, so major hiking and no blisters from the brace at all. I was comfortable the whole way.

I like the support this brace gives. Can't be worn with any shoes or boots unless you size shoe way up. Works for when I'm in the house with my slipped or a flip flop. Good price.

I'm using this for the first time right now after having sprained my ankle, and it helps a lot - very comfortable to wear (though a little too big to wear with some of my tighter-fitting shoes). It offers enough stiffness to help prevent me from moving my ankle the wrong way, but still enough flexibility to move my foot as needed to walk properly.
