I was a little worried about ordering as there was only one review for this product, but I liked the product offering compared to others and ordered. It was delivered on time, and the quality is good as expected.Pros - 1) Fix it quickly, 2) No noise, 3) Perfect size (for 72*36 mattress). Cons - Nothing wrong, but I suggest the company add a simple user manual or some pictures on how to install
