Will do the job - don’t be deterred by the name
If you don’t expect this to replace a deep clean you are in for a treat! I’ve looked at robot vacuums for years but could never justify the cost and I’ve never heard that they were life changing. (I.e. replaced the need for any traditional vacuuming) So when I saw the sale for this one I thought I’d take a chance despite the lack of reviews. (I rely heavily on honest reviews.)I run the robot vac almost daily. I mainly use the random mode set on the remote and I haven’t been disappointed.Pros: You can see the results in the filter trap. The amount of dirt and dust being picked up makes me feel like this is worth every penny. The vacuum moves seamlessly between carpeted areas and tile/hardwood.Gets in areas I cannot reach with a traditional vacuum without moving furniture. (Under beds, dressers, etc.)The filter and trap are super easy to clean and the vacuum knows to go back to doc as the battery runs low. I get a full 90 minutes of cleaning I’m before he needs to doc and recharge so I can get an entire floor of my house vacuumed.I have not used the wet setting for tile/hardwood yet but I will update this review when I finally do. Honestly though - that feature is a bonus and not why I purchased.Cons: If you have thick carpet the vacuum is not going to suck up small threads or anything that is going to need strong suction power. My carpets in most rooms are old and even with my Dyson I need to go over areas a few times to get everything up.Like any robot vacuum this guy will get stuck form time to time. For the most part it is very intuitive and will be able to get out of a tough spot but once he gets wedged he will give loud beeps and shut down. While quieter than a traditional vacuum this guy still puts out some noise when not on carpet. I work from home so when I run it daily I do close the door to my office so I can dampen the noise when it’s cleaning close by.Overall I’m extremely impressed.

Good for the price!
Overall, this vacuum robot is a good device.PROS:-The setup and connection process to a 2.4G network and smartphone app was very easy.-I like being able to set a schedule, start/stop via the app, and set various cleaning modes and patterns.-The vacuum is great and picks up a lot. It's really awesome. The first few runs it picked up so many things I had to empty the tank before the full cycle was completed.-The noise level is quite low. I mean it is a vacuum so it does make a sound but it's not annoyingly loud.-The thing has some pretty good torque and strength and ability to run over or push certain obstacles out of the wayUSAGE:-With my usage, the battery lasts around ~100min, however the robot vacuum starts to return to its base at 20% battery left, so around 80min is still a lot of cleaning.-The water tank lasts for around 30min of cleaning, so during a full cycle the water runs out halfway. This is on normal setting.CONS:-It is unable to follow the Zig-Zag cleaning mode accurately, and deviates by a major amount every time it reaches the end of the line, turning around by an unexpected angle. I've just been using it in random mode instead.-The object/collision avoidance system seems to work great most of the time but if something is too low or too high, the vacuum will smack into the things before it turns and changes direction. The noise level of the vacuum itself is pretty quiet and soothing in a way, but it definitely makes a loud smacking sound when it runs into something. Sometimes it will run flawlessly for quite a while, and then it will start smacking into things every few seconds and gets quite annoying.-The unit cannot easily find its way back to its charging station, and will just randomly bounce around until it either finds the station or runs out of battery power, smacking into things along the way.-The vacuum gets stuck on a lot of random things such as extension cords, drapes/curtains that touch the floor, random socks, etc, but this is really just a matter of keeping your space ready and having those things out of the way, so perhaps this is just a recommendation and not a con.-The device is randomly offline while it is running (first time so far)Overall I would still recommend this device as a beginner robot vacuum cleaner, as long as you empty the vacuum tray, refill the water tank, and wash or switch the mop attachment, and don't mind if it bounces around and runs into things.

the vacuuming works great - the mopping needs more work
I have had a few robovacs and love having them run to pick up the dog hair. The issue I have with this one is the mop. The fabric is on the bottom (comes off to clean it - see pic) but is only held on via velcro and if the vacuum hits a bump, the fabric rips off velcro and flips off the top (see pic 3 where there isn't an attachment of velcro at the top. It has a fold which is supposed to fold under the board but that fold is only maybe 1/2 in and as you can see from that 3rd picture, the fabric is stretchy and now won't go under) and is dragged behind the device or falls off completely. I may try and clean off the dog hair off the velcro (none on top which is where it needs it most) and attach more velcro at the top part for it to stick better. When it does keep the fabric on and mops, it works pretty well. The battery seems to last about 2.5 hrs so it gets a ton done in my downstairs. I just close the bedroom door (has carpet) and pick up all rugs so it can get as much as possible on the floor. I live in the mountains with 3 dogs so the mud and fur and rocks can be substantial at times. Having this run at night seems to work great other than the stupid fabric not sticking properly. The dust bin is quite tiny compared to other robovacs (see first pic) and I am guessing that is because of the mop/water bin? So I cannot just empty it a couple times a week, I really do need to empty it out every day. I only wash it about once a week though.I could not figure out what app to download as it has NO MENTION that I could find in any of the booklets. I tried what I could find (tuya smart?) but so far haven't been able to get that part to work (have to pick a device, connect bluetooth, etc). Not a big deal as I just hit the power button to have it run when I am wanting it to. I have to fill up the water and fix the fabric for the mop anyway.I like the concept of picking up dirt and then mopping over it and when the mop doesn't fall off or get crumpled, it works pretty well. I am just frustrated it won't stay on. I could just use this as the dirt picker upper and for that it would be great, but I already have one of those. I truly bought this due to the Cyber Monday sale and the fact it mopped. So from the pictures you see, I have used this probably 15 -20 times and that fabric is well worn. I guess I need to look into getting a few more of those to switch out.Hope this review helped!

Underwhelming performance and a waste of money
I wish I had noticed before purchasing this thing that all of the Amazon reviews were written in August and September, 2022…most of them in September. Draw your own conclusions from that. I have owned numerous Roomba models and one Shark robot vacuum, and all were grossly superior to this one. When I finally got it set up to run (instructions were NOT user friendly) I turned it loose in our breakfast room which has a dark blue carpet. I watched the vacuum go over the same crumbs several times without picking them up, even after switching to maximum suction. The remote control doesn’t work well trying to keep the vacuum going where you want it to, and this is important considering there were no electronic “walls” included; from what I can tell there are none available for this vacuum. I can’t imagine that not being a standard feature on a robotic vacuum. When I tried using it the vacuum did a haphazard job on the carpet I was hoping to get vacuumed and then made its way into two other rooms, cleaning neither, while I tried corralling it with the remote. I might as well have been pointing my Roku remote at it. I finally wound up putting a chair in the doorway and letting the vacuum run until its battery died. In all that time it failed to clean the 11’x10’ room. I have not tried the mopping function simply because it looks useless, with a small reservoir for plain water and a tiny mopping pad; no spare pads were included. Overall this vacuum is a giant disappointment. I’d recommend spending your money on a Roomba or a Shark model, because I know from experience that either is going to be better than this one.

Great Robot - Mop and Vacuum feature solid
Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo and have been enjoying it. This is our 3rd robot vacuum (we previously had a Eufy brand for 2 years and another one that we ended up returning) and so far this one has been the best. We haven't connected the app yet, but between the controller and the mopping option we are very pleased with the purchase. It can find it's home pretty easily (which our previous one struggled with) and it keeps our floors clean beyond just the vacumm function. Initially we were interested in the mopping feature because it would leave just streaks rather than fully washed areas, but we realized that it continued to get better and better as it got familiar with our home. This was great because we have a pretty large carpeted rug in the middle of our living room where we use it and we're glad it doesn't mop on top of that.Pros: Clean Floors, pretty quiet, effective, looks slick, mops and vacuums the appropriate areas, moves pretty quickly. Remote gets pretty good range.Cons: It does run over our 2 year old's cars and sometimes drags it with the robot. It also sometimes sucks up coords and gets stuck - but honestly not nearly as bad as our previous one did this. Also when trying to control it with the remote you have to click the button often to get it to change directions versus just holding it down and getting it to adjust quickly.Overall - highly recommend. I'm on my third trimester of pregnancy so it's been a huge win to clean up and run a vacuum, especially for the mess my 2 year old will often leave. It is quite impressive and I highly recommend it.
