Milky Oolong Tea by Patel Tea - 8 Ounces

This extremely mellow tea is exquisite and rare oolong tea. This is a high-elevation variation of Chinese Tie Guan Yin ("Iron Goddess of Mercy") that was produced almost entirely by hand in the Province of Fujian. This half-fermented tea is made in small batches. The beautiful leaves are bluish green, tightly rolled and lightly oxidized, but their appearance gives no indication of the distinct creamy scent and taste they generate. Despite the fact that the leaves contain no actual milk, their aroma is similar to the milky sweetness of Chinese milk candies.
