stainless steel when unused,after first use stained steel
Good to make parantha and pancake ,but I want to know how to easily clean the stains on tawa top and bottom.overall good. Apart from tawa all included components missing.

only for chappatis, not good for dosa. even chappati will get burned-need to carefully regulate the heat, the honeycoomb pattern will appear in chappati sometimes.its bit heavy unlike other nonstick. but doesnt work like nonstick sometimes.
