Semolina flour is grainy
This is my first purchase for pasta flour and while I knew I wanted durum wheat flour , I didn't realise this was semolina flour and that it is supposed to be grainy.The dough was definitely thirsty, so I gave it additional water and the pasta turned out fine. I loved it.But it's a lot of work.
