Jacobsen Salt Co. Cherry Wood Smoked Sea Salt Jar

I have made a habit of using this item as an overnight dry brine when I smoke beef or pork. It adds great flavor to the meat.

This salt is so delicious I sometimes sprinkle it into my mouth straight from the jar! So, so good & not excessively salty

Yumm. Large salt chunks but I crush them in a mortar .. for seasoning literally anything even the rim of my margarita glasses

It costs more, because you get a lot more. Very good for bbq. I love the black garlic, also. Both these jars will last a very long time.

This salt is coarse and chunky yet breaks easily between fingers. I would recommend this salt and all the other flavors as a great finishing salt on chocolate or throughout the cooking process. Enjoy!

It says 5 ounces in the product description but only is like 2.6 ounces. A ripoff if there ever was a ripoff
