Absolute rubbish, broke in literally 3 days. Thank goodness I was home or else it would’ve flooded the bathroom!

I bought two of these for separate bathrooms and they both started leaking after a few months.

The T-Connector does not fit the Toilet tube, Planning to return it

The hose burst in the middle of the night and made a mess

Faulty

Receive two packages, first one with the hose and 1/2" adapter and sprayer, and second package two days later with the attachment I needed for my sink 15/16" installed and turns out it was coming water out of every hole, the divert didn't work, disassembled and look at it, it has a hole inside and therefore it couldn't stop water coming out of that way and go only on the hose, contact costumer service, they ask me for photos, after it, they send me a replacement, a few days later arrive and surprise, it's also damaged. I can waist more time with low quality products. It didn't even have a cover for the water exit in the sink. I guess if you want to use this as bidet on your toilet, it will work fine, because the 1/2" adapter was fine and all the other pieces where fine. But they advertise This can be used in the sink, no.... it does not.

It feels light and “cheap” but works well and installs easily. If you want something with a nice finish and something sturdier, you should spend the extra money. If not, this is perfect!
