Can one SFP be connected to LAN and the other to WAN?

That's how it's laid out by default. Sfp2 bridged with lan, wan port bridged eth1(other sfp). I use it as a home router only with SFPs and nothing plugged in to any of the rj45's.

Does the case come without logos and inscriptions or with the banana pi logo(s)? I am interested in a cabinet without logos (clean)

does this come pre installed with openwrt? Also does it need any additional components like heat sink or fan?
