It's very cute and the solar works but I must have read the info wrong. The whole thing including the stake is 22" and the Santa is only obout 3"

Bought 6 of these at Ollie's....none of them work....won't light up, replaced the NiMH batteries....still won't work....no directions in box....no troubleshooting instructions.
