fine grained power form, i mix 1tsp with protein shake. When opening the black pouch first time be careful not to spill power. no idea if it works or not.

INCREDIBLE FAST ACTING NETTLE!! DELICIOUS!!
First of all, this nettle TASTES INCREDIBLE!! Easily the best tasting nettle root on the market. I have much more energy when working out due to extra FREE TESTOSTERONE this nettle allows you to use. I also used to have to wake up semi-frequently in the middle of the night to pee but after taking this I never do. Pretty amazing stuff. Really can't believe how fast it works considering some herbs can take a couple of weeks. I noticed differences on day 1. I love how all of Hyperion's herbs are 3rd party tested so you can rest assured you're getting what you pay for.
