The only tool that could be better is the fish holder. Everything else is great. The knife is very good.

I wanted to start by saying, I read through some previous comments and they are not entirely true. Although they may be lengthy and seem to be true, there are false statements. Firstly, there is a scale, it is attached to the gripper. It is very conveniently used/seen when there is weight attached to the gripper. It weighs the fish that is attached. It can be seen by holding the padded handle and pulling down on the gripper. Second, 3 lanyards were supplied and all can be used. There are places to attach all of them and can be seen in the pictures. This product is exactly as described.With that being said, this set is very nice. Good quality, lightweight and should hold up and last for years. I personally gave it 4 of 5 stars because of 2 things. One of which being price. We all like the best bang for our buck and although the quality of this set is wonderful, there isn't anything im seeing that makes it better than similar sets for less. Along with this, a very minor detail that readily isn't an issue but could become one, the release handle on the grabber is plastic. It may not last and to me, doesnt seem to fit in with the quality of the rest of the set.

Great product

This tool set is a great addition to my boat. I really like the color and feel. The scissors are great especially how they fit into and kind of lock in place in the holster. They have multiple tools in them such as crimpers, a flathead screwdriver, and some other slots. They also cut right through several thicknesses of braid, fluorocarbon, and monofilament line with no issues and no frays. The fish holder/lip gripper holds very well and is pretty close to accurate on the weight. I grabbed a 7.5 pound exercise weight with them and they read pretty close to correct. I'm not sure how much I will actually use them to weigh my catch, but they will definitely make removing the hook easier with the included hook remover and make picture time easier. I also like the cord with carabiner on each tool. This will definitely make it much easier to keep them handy and in use when I need rather than looking all over the boat after the excitement of catching a fish!

Theyre good quality, knife is sharp, and overall a nice set to have around.
