I am 5'2 ,115 pounds I purchased an xs. The color was army green. I love this jacket the fit is perfect I was looking for a longer jacket because I'm a shorter person and I get cold very easily and this jacket definitely does its trick. The only issue I have with this jacket is like the review said the zipper is so cheap and I had instant problems trying to get it zipped from the moment I put it on . You have to be patient and go really slow it's definitely a made in China zipper almost plasticky. So you have to slowly guide it up it will take a moment to get it zipped. I won't return it because I do think the quality of the jacket is very good and it is very warm and the fit is just so perfect on me for the price I will however have to take it to the cleaners and have a new zipper put on it.

The coat feels very classy. Bought a medium size because I was concerned that one size down would be too tight. Turns out this one was a bit big but not in a bad way. I have sufficient space to move my body parts...ahahahaha! The coat is long enough to cover my legs, almost close to my ankles, which is not a bad thing, especially during these cold winter days. The coat also feels so classy and flattering and gives one a lovely flawless/lady-like shape. It is also lightweight, which is not what I expected. I look forward to wearing it soon and trusting that it will feel just as warm during those cold winter days! Thanks, Polydeer! :)

The coat is lovely, and seems like it will be warm, however, I wear a size 4, usually a 2 in coats, but the x-small was way to small. I tried the small, still too snug. I'm 5'1" tall and weigh about 110 lbs. I'm returning it for a medium, so I can wear a sweater under it.

I was looking for a longer coat to keep me warm during my boy's football practices and games. I was very excited to find a long coat for less than $150 with decent reviews, glad I gave it a go. The length is perfect, on my 5'2", the XL comes down to upper-mid calf. The XL is a little snug on my 200lb frame, no room for layers or a sweater but it is very warm with even just a long sleeve t-shirt under. Won't be returning. The ability to unzip from the bottom is a necessity for me, otherwise you destroy the zipper. This zipper works smoothly so far. I wouldn't call this lightweight, it has the heft of of a down jacket, but is not too heavy. The hood is nice, the faux fur trim is very soft, not itchy like some out there. The hood is removable, which is a benefit. From past experience, make sure you remove the hood before washing/drying as the fur will melt and look not nice. Be sure to air-dry the hood or dry on a low or no-heat setting.

I love wearing this coat on our cold winter days in the mountains of NC. The full length helps to protect from the frosty winds for almost my entire body and keeps me toasty inside. The fit is very snug, which I like but limits movement if you need to be mobile. A couple of issues I have are (1) the zipper which struggles to line up a majority of the time and (2) the fur around the hood is an attachment and flops around since it is only held with a few snaps. The fur could be taken off, but that was one of the attractive parts of the coat so just have to deal with it. Overall it is a great coat that keeps me warm and that is the whole purpose of having it.

i HAVE BOUGHT 2 COATS AND THE ZIPPER IS NOT USER FRIENDLY. BECUASE I LOVE THIS COAT I AM GOING TO HAVE THE ZIPPER REPLACED. OTHER THAN THAT IT'S JUST WHAT I WANTED.

I am writing this review after approximately one year of owning this item. Last year, while searching for a new winter coat, I had three criteria in mind: 1. Full-length, 2. A cruelty-free alternative to down feathers, and 3. Warm. A lengthy pursuit ensued to find a single coat to satisfy the first two criteria alone. Finally, I stumbled upon this coat by Polydeer. I was skeptical; the coat looked good and sounded good, but the price was so low that I wasn't expecting high quality or warmth. After owning this coat for approximately one year, I can say confidently that this is my favorite coat. Ever. It fits true to size and is a flattering shape. The Bordeaux color is gorgeous. I like that the coat includes a hood (the faux-fur trim is removable if it's not your style) that provides enough coverage to protect from wind and precipitation. Best of all, this coat is WARM. When I get cold, I'm cold -- I'm talking chilled-to-the-bone, throw-me-into-a-fire-pit-to-warm-up COLD. So, imagine my surprise when I started sweating in this coat. It's actually so warm that I can't wear it unless it's close to freezing temperatures or I'll get overheated. I don't even understand how this coat... works... because it doesn't feel bulky or heavy, yet it feels like I'm wrapped up in a pile of blankets with a cup of hot chocolate. Anyway, I'm not going to question this magical gift from the winter overlords; I'm just going to keep enjoying this coat and maybe even purchase one in another color. Highly, highly recommended.

I am beyond happy with this purchase. The jacket is warm. It was in the 30s and very windy the majority of my trip, and I was comfortable. I absolutely love the style. It was flattering and the color was exactly as pictured in the listing. The jacket is well made. The zipper is sturdy and you can unzip from top or bottom, which I did not end up needing when sitting down, but it did come in handy when ice skating. The zippered pockets on the front are huge. I could fit my hands in addition to gloves, phone, etc. comfortably. You wouldn't even know they were there when they're zipped, but I had enough room to put a big scarf in the pocket and still had room for my hand. The faux fur looked great too, I never even had to fluff it. The buttons and rouching made the coat flattering from both the front and back, and the length was perfect. I'm 5'8" 145lbs and it hit me mid-calf. I would absolutely recommend this purchase.
