Es muy cómoda, inmediatamente se siente el cambio y el alivio a las molestias q se tenían.

This pillow is great! It is a lot smaller in person than I anticipated. It arrived compressed in a tiny box. I have no idea how any other customers can say that this pillow is too hard or too high, unless they received something different. If anything, I find that this pillow is a little too soft with how much it compresses. I personally wish it was more firm and I think that I would experience even more relief if it was. However, I have tried dozens of different pillows and I wake up with a sore neck and shoulders almost every single day. I have broad shoulders, I do not exercise nearly enough, and I spend too much time sitting at a computer. After the very FIRST NIGHT using this pillow, my neck and upper back were no longer sore! I have owned this pillow now for one month and I can honestly say that I have not woken up with a sore neck, shoulders, or back even one day since getting this silly tiny triangle shaped wonder. Yes, I am still stiff here and there, but a lot of that has to do with lifestyle. Most importantly, the aching pain isn't there in the morning like it used to be on an almost daily basis, because the shape of this pillow is keeping my head and neck in a better position while I sleep.It did take a little getting used to because it is so small and it felt odd not having more pillow under the top half of my head. If you sleep on your back, this pillow feels great. I mostly sleep on my side, but I often wake up on my stomach because I toss and turn a lot in the night. Surprisingly, I am still not waking up sore even when I wake up on my stomach with this wedge under my neck and face. I have been sleeping soundly through the night and I look forward to sleeping on this pillow because I know that I won't be starting my day with aches and pains like I used to do.

This is the best pillow I have ever used. It helped my shoulder pain and my neck discomfort both, plus it keeps me from snoring. It’s small and very soft, and shaped just right. It has a washable thin cover as well, with a tiny zipper. It’s been almost a year and I am buying a second one. Just because it’s so awesome, I don’t want to be without it. I do not sleep as well if I travel, and I do not have it. The neck support is phenomenal.

Da ich sehr klein bin dürfte das Kissen für mich sogar noch eine Spur kleiner sein.Da es aber angenehm weich ist komme ich bestens damit zurecht.Das erste Kissen, dass bzgl HWS bei mir tatsächlich einen entlastenden und entspannenden Effekt hat. Ein feiner kleiner Helfer und so bequem!
